PROMINENT RHODE ISLAND TO ADDRESS SCOUT LEADERS J 3 harold williams boy scout executive narragansett council boy scouts of america providence R I 1 one of the most prominent of shouters in america will be in O ogden oden den april 17 to address all scout leaders of the ogden area council council he will speak to the ogden rotary club at noon the shouters of box elder county at p m and to the shouters of weber morgan and davis at p m in the state industrial school auditorium mr williams has had a long iona and illustrious record in scouting he started in 1910 as a scout and rose successively to patrol leader scout master and scout executive of providence having held the latter position for twenty years and enlarging his council until it now covers his home state
