Show bounteous farm fam crops go to feed live stock that live stock feeding Is being depended upon this winter to a greater extent than in any recent year for the profitable disposal of bounteous farm crops Is indicated by the increasing number ot of feeder stock purchased cooperatively by ohio farmers figures compiled by the ohio live stock cooperative association show that up to december I 1 a total of over head of feeder cattle lambs and pigs had been delivered to farmers in the state through the two operative cooperative co feeder auctions at east bast toledo and columbus columbu together with carload lots through th the county associations this total included cattle and calves lambs and 1121 pigs which compares with the cattle pigs and 2400 lambs purchased during the drouth year of 1030 1930 and the cattle pigs and lambs lamba handled bandied during the previous record year of 1020 1029 approximately CO 60 per cent of the cattle and lambs purchased operatively cooperatively co this year were finan financed ed farm through the organization ohio ahlo farmer |
