electrical power plant in hardscrabble mr air griddle criddle addressed the co council uncil on this subject ile ho said if mor morgan moran 7 an city gota gets electricity from either up or down tho reported as follows mr williams stated that lie he and the mayor visited kaysville Kays villo ville city to inquire about the electric light system ho he stated that they found recorder il J sheffield jr and the city council very obliging and that they spent a good deal of time going into details showing e them tho the coltof cost of the electricity in bulk what they sell it for expense of maintain ance edg mr williams stated ville city purchased their current from tho the U L and ry co paying payin two cents a hil kilowatt for it in bulk and retailing it at 12 per fer kilowatt at this figure they just a little more than conie come out even evell it was stated that mr mick inick claimed there was practically no loss between tho the meter that measures the electricity in bulk and the meter of tho the consumers but in Kays villo they figured a 40 per cent line loss ile ho said mr sheff sheffield leid did not favor tho the city si signing ning up for electricity for such a long period its as mccormick wanted T mr I 1 r sheffield alan als favored municipal ownership of the plant mr williams said that the mayor and himself had a long ilk talk t with mr Mc mccormick Connick and his on
