The waste paper makes a room look very untidy and paper in desks falls on the floor If every one would put the waste pa-!per pa-!per in the basket or procket it would improve the looks of a room very i much. I Throwing paper out of the window is ! a very bad practice. A person often j judges a school by its appearance and .if paper is lying around the building the pupils should pick it up or stop putting it there. So the correct place for waste paper is in a waste-basket 'and not lying on the ground around jthe school building or on the floor of the rooms.
