Show I I I I I I New Plan To I I finance Stake Boy Scout Work Vork The follo following is isan isan I an outline of oi the I new plan which was adopted during during dur- dur ing the past summer for financing I I It and ond operating the Boy Scout Wo Wo-k Wo k kin t I in Sanpete County I Hereafter Sanpete County while r still a member of the Bryce CanonI Canyon Canon Council will report directly to the I San Francisco office There will willbe willbe be an executive devoting all of his time to the work in this county I Prof W. W G G. G Barton of the Snow College has been selected for this work Hereafter all funds raised in this county count for Bo Boy Scout work except the small dues payable to toI headquarters ers for charter etc will willbo bo be e expended in promotion of the tho work within the county none of it being used elsewhere Under the n new new w plan we reduce the cost of the work about one-half one while hile we fully expect to get considerably more service from the tho executive society than we wo rec received under the former arrangements To raise the money to carry I on this splendid work In our part of or orthe the county count it is proposed That Manti ManU and Ephraim City Councils each contribute per year car That each cach ecclesiastical ward i in South Sanpete Stake contribute 35 per year ear of which sum however however however how how- ever 10 go to the District Council Council Coun Coun- cil cn and 25 go to the local troop and amI that at least 20 representative citizens pledge themselves to give i each year o 0 the cause This plan plan in so far as the wards are j I I concerned has been Approved by a at meeting of all the bishops The rhe I financial committee of which Mr 11 H.
