Show COURI TEI lurier III irin G the salt lake tribune of friday carried a long article stating that in the recent case for the telluride power company the supreme court bad had reversed the decision ind that tl e telluride would charge the same rates as were in effect before the findings of the I 1 tilita COU commission asked taked tor for a reduction the court stated that altho tin fin ancial co editions in the district ser ved by bv the corpany were serious tl it e seriousness did not affect the rates that should be charged it was shown by the company that the cut in rates would in reality be coffis batory and that the company had not made in the past few years the dividends allowed them by the util ity laws of utah the rates that will be charged henceforth will be no higher nor low er than those at present as the corn com pany placed a restraining order on the commission on the cut in rates and no cut was made after the order there will be no raise in the rates at present nor Is there any libell hood that there will be any raise in ates rates in the future |
