NOTICE OF VACANCY OF OF FICE OF supervisor IN THE BOARD OF supervisors OF MIL LARD COUNTY DRAINAGE DIS NUMBER POUR FOUR millard COUNTY UTAH AND THE TIME AND PLACE OF PILLING FILLING SUCH VACANCY notice Is hereby given that the term of office of irvin E jeffery as supervisor of millard county drain age district number four of millard county utah has expired and that the board of county corn com missioners of millard county utah will till fill such vacancy by appoint ment at a meeting ot of the board boa rd to be held at the chambers of the board 1 in the county court house in fillmore city millard county utah on the 2nd day ot of february 1932 at the hour at af 2 0 clock P M and it on or before said hour and date a majority ot of the owners ot of titles to land within said district shall sign and tile file a written petition with the county clerk ot of millard county utah addressed to the board ot of bounty commissioners Commis loners ot of said county and request the appointment ot of any certain person to till fill such vacancy the board ot of county commissioners will appoint such person as becom mended by the petition representing the he greater number ot of acres in said district but it if no such petition la is signed of filed within the time spec ifield then the county commission era ers of said county will immediately proceed to fill such vacancy by the appointment of any competent per soh son whom they shall select dated this ath day of january 1932 P T blade black Cb chairman airman of the board of county co commissioners of millard county utah I 1 ATTEST otis clerk ax jan 7 and 14 1932
