NOTICE OF VACANCY OF OF OF supervisor IN THE BOARD OF supervisors OF MIL LARD COUNTY DRAINAGE DIS NUMBER TWO MILLARD COUNTY UTAH AND THE TIME AND PLACE OF FILLING SUCH VACANCY notice is hereby given that the term of office of B P crafts and J M apody as supervisors of millard county drainage district number two of millard county utah have expired and that the board ot of County commissioners ot of millard county utah will till fill said vacancy by ap at a meeting of the board to be held at the chambers of the board in the county court I 1 house louse in fillmore city millard county utah the 2nd day of february 1932 at the hour at af 2 0 clock P M and it if on or before said hour and date a majority of the owners of titles to land within said district shall sign and file a written petition with the county clerk of millard county utah addressed to the board of brounty Commis loners ot of said county and request the appointment of any certain persons to till fill such vacancy the board of county commissioners will appoint such persons as becom mended by the petition representing the greater number of acres in said I 1 district but it if no such petition is signed of tiled filed within the time spec affied then the county commission eis ets ot of said county will proceed ed to fill such vacancy by the appointment of any competent per son whom they shall select dated this ath day of january 1932 P T black aa VA aIrman of the board of county commissioners of millard county utah j ATTEST otis clerk ax jan 7 and 14 1932
