LEGION OTHER ANOTHER SMOKER FOR MEN the liens lions club is preparing tor for christmas and in doing so they have joined in with the american legion in getting toya toys and presents for those who are unable to buy them them selves they ask all people who have toys that the r cl ildren have grown tired of to give them to L P leavitt T V maloney dr bird or leave them it the chronicle the american legion and the tile lions club will then paint and repair the tile toys so that they will wll be suitable for gifts to boys and girls who will not receive gifts and the same organizations will distri bute them the lions club also plans to have a number of christmas baskets made up containing colit conti ining food tor for those who will not be able to buy a tine fine christmas dinner donations are asked askel of foods in any form and any amount no mat ter how small and the baskets will be made up and given to deserving berving de families
