the manufacture and sale gale of intoxicating liquors are prohibited at after t august 1 1917 the possession of intoxicating liquors for illegal purposes after that date Is made a misdemeanor no beverage can call be manufactured or offered for sale which contains more than one halt half of one per cent alcohol alco liol near beer however la Is permitted in bitted but Is limited to one halt
