Show B re it ordained that on and af after ter january 1910 the license fee tor for the sale of intoxicating liquors within the boundaries of millard county except within the incorporated limits of incorporated cities and towns is in hereby fixed at the sum of 1200 per annum and be it further A 4 ordained that every application for a liquor license I 1 whether it be an application or a renewal shall be made to tho the board of county commissioners and filed with the county clerk said application shall conform to the requirements of section 1243 of the compiled laws of utah of 1907 and be it f further u arther ordained that no license shall be granted for a longer period than three months and be it further ordained that the bond provided for in section 1243 of the complied laws of utah of 1907 be and tho the same is hereby fixed at the sum of said bond shall conform t to 0 the provisions of section 1243 of the compiled laws of utah of 1907 and be it further ordained that any application I 1 for a liquor license may be refused bior good cause in the discretion of the board of county commissioners passed this aih dy day of jan 1910 the following commission ers voting yes 0 W george W nixon and hyrum S cahoon U J W hopkins chairman Uba irman of the board SEAL attested nephi A anderson clerk |
