Show Winter Term B. A. College Begins A number of for the most part o Cedar City, Nov. '24 The Winter Quarter at the B. A. C. started Monday, Mon-day, November 29th. A number of students have already al-ready signified their intention of registering for the winter course which will continue until Friday, March 4th. ' Courses in Sheep and wool, ani-' ani-' mal husbandry, dairying, Normal, .music, language and literature, ; Economics, History and Home Economics Econ-omics have been planned so that students can conveniently register and receive credit for the quarter. Special activities have been organized or-ganized as an attraction for the stu- '. dents coming for the winter course. Madam Boppe, famous Australian ,i cellist is probably the big head-lino for the winter quarter. Madam Boppe will appear in January as a number of the Music Arts course. : The Dixie College will present dur- .! : ing the quarter the "Chocolate Sol-i Sol-i dier.'1 The B. A. ,C- dramatic department de-partment will produce sometime dur-I dur-I ing December, "The Goose Hangs i High." During February the opera, La Traviata, will be presented under i the direction of the B. A. C Music .. department. Besides these attractions attrac-tions in the way of Music and Dramatics, Dra-matics, a number of excellent socials have bfen scheduled. The season will open with the Thirteenth Ball, to be followed by the Phi Alpha Beta, A. G. club and Valentne balls. Indications are that the enrollment enroll-ment for the winter quarter will be heavier than ever before. |
