Serial No. 034791 To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that tne State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved July 16, 1S94, as Indemnity School lands, viz: Lot 7, section 3; SW 1-4 NE 1-4, section 10; SE 1-4 SE 1-4, section 17 NE 1-4 NE 1-4, section 21; SW 1-4 NE 1-4, section 26; tovynship 26 South, range 19 west and NW 1-4. SW 1-4, section 22; NE 1-4 SE 1-4, j section 21; township 26 south, range IS west, and NE 1-4 NE 1-4. section S; township 30, south, range 11 west Salt Lake Meridian. Copies of said lists so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously conspicuous-ly posted' in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the oublic generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, thereaf-ter, and before final approval and .ertification, under departmental regulations of April 25, 1907, protests pro-tests or contests against the claim of the State to any of he tracts or subdivisions sub-divisions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural agri-cultural purposes, will be received and noted for report ts the General Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of non-mineral non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise other-wise free from objection, will be approved ap-proved to the state.
