June 8, 1926. j Notice is hereby given that in pur- suance of an act of Congress ap-j proved May 10, 1872, the MOSCOW SILVER MINES COMPANY, a cor-1 poration of the State of Utah, whose Post Office address Is Room No. 220 i Ness Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, ; has made application for a patent for fourteen hundred (1400) linear feet on the WAG RAM lode, bearing gold, silver, lead, copper and zinc, the same . being 55.72 feet Southwesterly South-westerly and 1344.28 feet Northeasterly North-easterly from the discovery point on said WAGRAM lode, with surface ground six hundred (600) feet In width on the said lode, the said property being situate in the Star: Mining District, Beaver County, State of Utah, and described by the ' official plat and by the field notes : on file in the office of the Register of the Utah Land District at Salt . Lake City, Utah, as follows, to-wit: 1 WAGRAM lode. Mineral Survey No. 6479. Beginning at Corner No. 1, whence the quarter Corner on the West i boundary of Section 30. Township 2S South. Range 11 West of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian bears North 35 deg. 04 min. East 914.35 feet; . thence South 19 deg. 26 min. East 600. S2 feet to Corner No. 2; thence! South 67 deg. 34 min. West 1400; feet to Corner No. 3; thence North; 19 deg. 26 min. West 600.82 feet to' Corner No. 4; thence North 67 deg. 34 min. East 1400 feet to Corner ! No. 1, the place of beginning. Magnetic variation at all corners,! 17 deg. 20 min. East. The said ground containing 16.S64 acres, exclusive of conflict area with Lot No. 49, John Kemple lode, and Survev No. 6003, Mineral Queen lode, which said conflict areas are expressly excluded from said application appli-cation for patent. The names of the claims conflicting conflict-ing with the ground covered by this . application as shown by plat, are the ones-heretofore designated as con-: fllctlng. ; The names of the adjoining claims, as shown by plat, are as follows: Survey No. 6239, Jupiter Fraction, Survey No. 6236, Boggs Mine, also Lot No. 49, John Kemple lode and: Survey No. 6063.
