Show LOW RATES The Union Pacific railroad staged a complete fizzle in their cheap excursion ex-cursion to Southern California this morning. After all the work done by their local agent, Mr. Davis, and all their advertising on the screen at the Orpheum, just nine tickets were sold at Milford station. No one complained about the price, which was $12.00 for a round trip ticket to Long Beach, one cent per mile each way. The objection was to the conditions imposed: A time limit so short and good only going on train No. S, and not good in standard stand-ard Pullman cars; enongh-'objertion-1 able features to overcome any advantage ad-vantage of low rates.
