Show Board of Appeals to Hear Numerous Cases Reorganization of the Central Board of Appeals of the Veterans' bureau, bu-reau, increasing membership of that body from seven to seventeen in order to expedite cases presented, was first proposed by the American Legion, ofli-cials ofli-cials of that organization declare.
