Dr. Horace Grant of Atlanta At-lanta has been elected president of the Nationnl Order of Pipe Smokers, the initial meeting of the organization held here. Dr. Grant is the founder ef the organization, which has for Its motto. "Tolerance, peace." The order will be both fraternal and secret.
