Notice is hereby given that the ..urray Sheep Company, whose principal place of business is Garri-ion, Garri-ion, Utah, has made application in iccordance w-ith the Compiled Laws )f Utah, 1917, as amended by the iosion Laws of Utah, 1919,. to appropriate ap-propriate Three-Hu-ndredths (0.03) f. s. of water from" a spring area in the western part of Beaver County, Coun-ty, commonly known as Cobb Spring aid spring issues at a point which 'ears K. 18 degs. 05 mins. W. 700 t. from the SE cor. of Sec 17, Twp -'6 S., R. 19 W, S. L. M. The water is stored during the eutire year in a -'nnel, driven into the spring area, :nd used by means of troughs for stock watering and culinary purposes, purpos-es, during the entire year. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No 9655. All protests against the granting f said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
