Show DONTS Some of the "DONTS" advocated by the forest service, United States department of agriculture: Don't leave a campfire unwatched. Don't build a campfire near underbrush under-brush or in the midst of dry leaves and slash. Don't ever drop a match wilhout first making sure it is out and then breaking it in pieces. Don't knock the ashes from your pipe, cigar, or cigarette without stepping step-ping on them and grinding them into in-to the earth. Don't throw inflamable articles from your automobile. Don't fail to use your own common com-mon sense to help preserve your own forests. Don't fail to keep an eye out for 'he person who endangers your forests for-ests and your lives by doing things which are liable to cause fires. Don't fail to report all such persons per-sons to the Forest o cers ju-t r yea would any criminal. |
