Show SUMMER SCHOOL The National Summer school of the Utah Agricultural College at Logan will have two special features, according accord-ing to the recent announcement of Dr. James H. Linford, director of the Summer Session. The depart-of depart-of competitive athletics will conduct a coaching school. Such famous coaches as Knute Rockne, football, Forrest C. Allen, basketball; and C. S. Leaf, swimming, will direct the, work. The licol faculty will assist them. The department of music will conduct an institute of school music. Guest teachers including Mrs. Emma Lucy Gates Bowen,' Clarence J. Hawkins, Haw-kins, William Spicker, Miss Eleanor Kelley, Mrs. Walter Welti, and Miss Gwendolyn Smith will assist the regular music faculty. Though these two features are receiving re-ceiving particular attention the other departments of collegiate work are not being neglected. Professor A. C. McLlaughlin, head of the department o fhistory at the University of Chicago, Chi-cago, will return for his second year. Professor Henry C. Cowles, professor of botany at Chicago, will return to his Third Annual summer school. Professor Joseph Peterson of Pea-body Pea-body Teachers' College, will be the visiting faculty member in the department de-partment of education. Professor Anne Carroll Moore, librarian of the children's department of the New York City library, will conduct courses in children's literature. Prof. B. H. Hibbard, of Wisconsin will conduct con-duct courses in agricultural economics, Professor Mabel Wilkerson, costume design, Professor John A. Widtsoe, irrigation and agricultural economics, Professor E. Laurence Palmer, nature study and Professor Katherine V. Palmer, rural education, complete the list of visiting faculty members who will be present the entire first six weeks. ' The special lecturers who will appear ap-pear are Professor Clayton Hamilton, Hamil-ton, Professor Edward Howard Griggs Professor Samuel McCord Crothers and Professor Charlotte Perkins Gil-man.
