Dana Smith of Salt Lake attorney attor-ney for the railroad and F. D. B. Gay secretary of the Scenic Highway association, as-sociation, addressed the Milford Commercial club last Wednesday' noon. Mr. Smith spoke on the workings work-ings of the Esch-Cummings law, and Mr. Gay on roads and highways At the close Mr. Smith's talk the meeting meet-ing adopted a resolution addressed to the Utah members of congress, asking them to vote against radical changes in the presen t law. |
