Show -LOCALS and PERSONALS Mrs. Jay Dean returned Tuesday to her home in Keetley, after a short visit with friends and relatives in Beaver. Superintendent John Carlisle, of Beaver, was in Milford Wednesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. George Hinkley of Beaver, were in Milford Monday on business. Miss Nona White of Beaver, was a Milford visitor Monday. Miss Veese Fotheringham of Min-ersville, Min-ersville, was in Milford Tuesday. W. P. Boardman of Beaver, was in Milford Monday on business. Miss Bessie Gardner has accepted a position in the office of Dr. Parrish and Kohler. Hutchings, of Provo, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Roy White this week. Dave Carlton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Karl S. Carlton, paid his parents and brother a short visit last week. Mr. ' Carlton is a geologist in the employ of one of the largest oil concerns in the southwest. He is located at Houston, Hous-ton, Texas. Leroy Luken lost a valuable team of horses last week, when they got into some poisoned grain which Mr. Luken had laid out for gophers. j Mr. and Mrs. Argo Brown, who have spent the winter in California,1 returned to Milford Sunday. They will live at the Lewis ranch until Mr. ! Lewis returns. Mr. Brown has a farm on the project. -Miss Ormy Devine left Thursday for her home in Greenwood, Utah. She will visit with her parents and her sister, Etta, who will be spending the spring vacation at home from Westminister West-minister college. Miss Devine was accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Lee Gray and children. They will return Sunday evening. Mrs. J. E. Yither was called to Salt Lake City last week on account of the death of her brother, J. P. Feeney. Mrs J. D. Ryan is in from WaWa ' Springs. B. L. Carrington, of St. George; C. A. Stoney, L. E. Ranger, D. N. Swayze and Jos. D. Walter of Salt Lake, visited Milford yesterday Mr. and Mrs. Roy Johnson, Miss LaRue, Miss Jewett and Miss Smith formed a Los Angeles party that visited Milford yesterday. Stephensen H. Winter of Zion, was looking into the electrical business for Milford Wednesday. C. J. Goff of Eureka, was here Tuesday. C. G. Parry, E. E. Brown of Cedar City and E. F. Daird of Boise, Idaho, were in MSlford Tuesday Mrs. M. McCall and son John, of Manti, were here Monday. Rev. J. P. Donnellan of Salt Lake City, visited Milford last Sunday. Abe Greenham and Albert Coslow of Ogden, were here Monday. F. R. Williams, Geo. M. Haley, C. K. Joyce and Roy Cowan, of Salt Lake, were transacting business in Milford this week. Service Star holds its regular session ses-sion Friday, March 30th, at the Atkin Hotel at 8:00 o'clock. The Misses Alta and Georgia Bred-erman, Bred-erman, of Cedar City, are visiting their aunt, Mrs. Rose Hedges. Inez Peterson of Lund, spent Tuesday Tues-day visiting her sister, Mrs. Jay Jeffers.
