Show NOTICE United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 15, 1926. To Whom It May Concern Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office list3 of lands, selected by the said State, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved July 16, 1894, as Indemnity School lands, viz: E 1-2 NE 1-4, NE 1-4 NW 1-4, Sec 2 8. Twp. 30, South, Range 12 West. SW 1-4 NW 1-4 Sec 4, NE 1-4 Sec. 31, Township 2 9 South, Range 11 West, Serial 036611. List 2257. SE 1-4 Sec. 3, SE 1-4, E 1-2 SW 1-4, Lots 3 and 4, Sec. 31, Township 30 South, Range 11 West, N 1-2 SW 1-4, SW 1-4 SW 1-4, SE 1-4 NW 1-4 Sec. 4, Township 29 South, Range 11 West. Serial 036616, List 2252. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said trasts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously conspicuous-ly posted in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the public generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter and before final approval and certification, certifi-cation, under departmental regulations regula-tions of April 25, 1907, protests1 or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions subdi-visions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural agri-cultural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered con-sidered sufficient evidence of non-mineral non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being other wise free from objection, will be approved ap-proved to the State.
