Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 2, 1925. Notice is hereby given that the Murray Sheep Company, whose principal prin-cipal place of business is Garrison, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1919. to appropriate three- hundredths (0.03) c. f. s." of water and five (5) acre feet of water fro a spring commonly known as Sulphur Sul-phur Spring in Beaver County, Utah, Said water issues at a point which bears N 57 degs. 15 mins E 265 ft. from the SW cor. of the SW 1-4 SW-1-4 Sec. 3, T. 28 S., R. 19 W. The direct flow of water will be conveyed convey-ed from said point of issuance by means of a bulkhead and pipe line a distance of 200 ft, to watering troughs, wheTe it will be used) from January 1st to December 31st of each year for stock watering pur-! poses. In addition to the 0.03 c. f. s. ! the applicant desires to store 5 acre feet of water during entire year in ! two small earthen resrevoirs located near the spring. Said water will be used in connection with the 0.03 c. f. s. to water a maximum of 8000 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No, 9657.
