Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 16, 1925. Notice is hereby given that the Flag Mining Company, whose principal princi-pal place of business is Provo, Utah, lias made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah 1917, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to appropriate one-fiftieth (1-50) c. f. s. of water from an unnameu spring in Beaver couinty, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears 2419 ft. S. and 30,111 ft. W from the NE cor of Sec. 12. T. 30 S., R 14 W, S. L. M. and collected collect-ed in a concrete trough and hauleu in barrels andl used from January 1 to December 31 of each year for culinary cul-inary and domestic purposes at the Emma Mine located 3,736 ft. S and 28,588 ft. W. of the NE cor. of said Sec 12. ' This applicatio9in is designated in the State Engineer's office as file No. 9G58. j All protests against the granting of said application, stating the rea- j son stherefor, must be by affidavit in ! j duplicate, accompanied with a fee of SI. 00, and filed in this' office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this motice.
