Show BALL GIVEN BY' COOLIDGE AND DAWES CLUB MONDAY The ball given by the Coolidge-Dawes Coolidge-Dawes club Monday evening, Sept. 22nd, was very much enjoyed by everyone. There was a short program at the beginning of the evening, consisting of the following numbers: "The purpose of the Club," E. H. Bird. Spanish dance Mrs. Taunlin and Myrtle Osborne. Talk George Jefferson. Scarf dance Dorothy Murdock and Mildred Killam. A short business session was held before the dance in which the program pro-gram for the following meeting was arranged. The next regular meeting of the Coolidge-Dawes club was held at the Kit-Kat, Monday evening, September Septem-ber 29, at 8:30 p. m. The following was given: Singing "America." Short sketch of the life of Cool-idge Cool-idge C. T. Woodbury. Vocal selection Anna Grimshaw. The life of Dawes H. E. Bowman Bow-man Sr. Closing Song '"The Star Spangled Span-gled Banner." The business of the club was attended at-tended to at the close of the program A free card party will be held at the Kit-Kat next Monday evening, October 6th at 9 p. m. Everyone is invited to come and have a good time. |
