Show w . Working Under an Assumed Name One of our Salt Lake freight conductors con-ductors was stopped at Crestline one day this week on account of the train order signal board being against him. He proceeded to the telegraph office to get whatever orders or-ders there might be there for him. The operator who was on duty, and one who has worked at this station for a number of years, also well known to the conductor, signed her name to the train order as Roberts. The conductor naturally wondered why this should be. Upon closer observation, he noticed under the name Roberts (nee Getker). After Af-ter considerable quizzing upon the part of the conductor, he learned that our friend, Mrs. Getker, who has held the position as operator at CreBtline for the past eight years, had done gone and got married, the lucky man being a Mr. J. R. Roberts, the section foreman of Crestline. The newlyweds are dividing di-viding their time between a beautiful beauti-ful ranch, which Mrs. Roberts owns, near Crestline, and the station where 6he Is employed. We all wish Mr. and Mrs. Roberts the very best of success through married life and we all hope to become better acquainted ac-quainted with Mr. Roberts In the near future and hope to gain his good will and friendship, as we have that of his wire In years past.
