Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 18, 1918. Notice is hereby given that Paul G. Ellis, Administrator of the Estate ; ot Dennis Ryan, deceased, whose j post-office address is Salt Lake City, ' Utah, has made application in ac cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate fifty (50) second-feet of water from Hay Springs and underground under-ground sources, in Beaver County. Said springs and area are situated 200 ft, north and 50 ft. west of the southeast corner of Section 10, Township Town-ship 29 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will be diverted by means of pumps and pipes and conveyed in a ditch for a distance ot 200 ft. and there used from April 1 to October 1 of each year as a supplementary supply to irrigate 2S40 acres of land embraced em-braced in the ENWV,, WNEVt, and WSW1,, Sec. 17; SEH, E NWy(, ESW, Lots 2, 3 and 4, Sec. 18; Ey2W, Sec. 19; Lots 1 and 2, EV4NWU and SEVt Sec. 30; E V NE Vi Sec. 31; WNW'A Sec. 32, Tp. 28 S R. 10 W. : WNEV4, SEM and NEUSWU Sec. 24; E Sec. 26; Sec. 35, Tp. 28 S., R. 11 W.; Lots 3 and 4. S'fjNWU Sec. 2; ESE',i and SE VINE VI Sec. 10; Wy.NWK and NB.iNWU Sec. 11.1 Tp.29 S., R. 11 W. As much of said j water as may be necessary will be j used during the entire year for do-, niestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's, office as No. 7722. !
