By the last of Ibis year probably all American Red Cross agencies administering ad-ministering relief In Central Europe will have withdrawn. By that time, It Is believed, the people will have approached ap-proached a normal state of living and will be able through their own agencies which the Red Cross has helped set ! up to provide for themselves. ! |
