Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS" State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 20, 1020 Notice Is hereby given that Arthur R. Palnrer of NewhouBe, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate One (1) Sec. Ft, of water wat-er from Willow Creek In Beaver County. Said water will be divert-' ed at a point 3780 feet South ana 8096 feet West of N. E. corner of Section 4, Township 29 South. Ranre 16 West, Salt Lake Base and Merit! 1 -! an, and conveyed In a ditch for a distnee of 457.2 feet and there used i from April 1 to October 1 of each year to Irrigate portions of unsur-veyed unsur-veyed N 1-2 SE 1-4 Section 4, and N 1-2 SW 1-4 Section S, township and range aforesaid. In addition One Hundred Three (10S) Acre-feet of ; water will be stored from October 1 I of each year to April 1 of the year following In a reservoir embraced In parts of the N 1-2 SW 1-4 of uld Section-4. The center of the Impounding Im-pounding dam will be located at the point .of diversion above described, where the water will be released and used In connection with One Sec. Ft. for the irrigation of above described land. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's office as No 8627. All ' protests against-the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor must be made by affldav it in duplicate, accompanied by a fee cf $2.50, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) daye after the completion comple-tion of tho publication of this notice.
