Woolley, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who, on August 23, 1911, made Homestead Home-stead Entry, Serial No. 08547, for Ny2, Section 15, Township 25 South, Range 9 West Salt Lake Meridian, ha3 filed notice of intention to make five-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U.
