OCR Text	Show BEAVER BOTTOMS CASE. The Beaver Bottoms case has been up in court again this week. Tb" plaintiffs' side was finished yesterday, and today Judge Morris, the lawyers for both sides, the Delta Land & Water company officials, and the interested in-terested land owners are" going over the ground thoroughly. It will probably be two weeks before the decision is made for the defense is still to be heard, after which comes the rebuttal, and probably a few days will elapse after that before tb judge decides the case.
