Show ; BOUND OVER Roy Martin and Frank Murray the men who robbed the Newhouse store last week were bfore Judge Nichols last Monday for their preliminary hearing and were bound iver to the District court at Beaver with bonds fixed at $1500 each, in lieu of which they were taken to the county jail where they will be kept till court convenes next month. The plunder which they stole was found hidden on different parts of the Peter Martin Mar-tin ranch, south of town. Besides the automobile, it consisted of gloves knives, shoes, pants, socks, etc. Jas Carter accused of having killed kil-led a beef belonging to J. David Lay of Lund and concealing the hide in la, well, was also bound over to the District court in the sum of $15. In both cases the state was represented 'by County Attorney Parsons and in the later case, Sam Cline represented .the defendant. |
