Mitchell and others, whose post-office ' address is Parowan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24, Chapter 62, Session Laws of Utan. 1909, to change the point of diversion diver-sion and place of use of eight (81 j second-feet of water heretofore di-j verted from Indian Creek, in Beaver County, at a point 304 ft. north and , 3808 ft. west of Stockade Point to a I point south 32 degrees 26 minutes east 1883 ft. from the north quarter ( corner of Section 19, Township 23 South, Range 17 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will he conveyed by means of a ditch tor a distance of 12,300 ft. and there used from February 15 to October I ! of each year to irrigate 520 acres or land embraced in the S and NEV j ' ,NWt4 of Section 15, township and " range aforesaid. I All protests against the granting ot said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee or $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
