Show MR ARRINGTON LECTURES .1 Last Thursday during assembly neriod, Mr. Arrington spoke to the high school students on the Federal Reserve system. His remarks were arranged for the commercial students but it was decided by the faculty that the topic fliscussed should be heard by all the students, hence none were denied the benefits of his practical suggestions Speaking is an art but with the nian who can hold the attention of students ranging from the seventh to twelfth grades, It becomes a double dou-ble art. We know that Mr. Arrlng-!ton Arrlng-!ton Is too modest to accept this statement state-ment without qualification but the fact remains that the students hRvn expressed themselves freely in praise of what was told them. The least, we can say is that it contains good practical facts; delivered in a plain, logical style, that reached the largo majority of the students as being something worth while. |
