Show XOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City Utah October 1, 1919 Notice is hereby given that Tus-carora Tus-carora Gillins of Minersville, Utah, have made application in accordance accord-ance with requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah. 1917, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah, '19 to appropriate thirty-three seventieths seventi-eths (33-70) of a second-foot of water from Beaver River, in Beaver ' County. Said water will he diverted at a point S. 17 degrees 5 5 minutes E. 13 60 ft. from the S 1-4 corner of Section 1, Township 30 South. Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Me-ridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 1100 ft. and there used from March 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year to irrigate irri-gate 33 acres of land embraced in the SE 1-4 SW 1-4 of Sec. 1. and NE 1-4 NW 1-4 Sec. 12, township and range aforesaid. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's Office as No. 8208 ' All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office offi-ce within thirty days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
