Show STOCKMEN TO BE AIDED The Extension division of the Utah Agricultural College is co-operating with the Utah Bankers' As-siciation As-siciation and the Utah State Farm BureauB in an effort to relieve the present critical situation attendant upon the scarcity and high price of Tlay and other stock feeds. Arrangements Arrange-ments have been made by which the stock raisers can secure help from the banks to purchase feed. The Extension Division is urging that all hay be carefully conserved and that the hay feed be supplemented by grain and other feeds. While the situation is critical, there is no reason rea-son for alarm, says Director John T. Caine III. A little extra care exercised on the part of the livestock live-stock owners, with the help of the Bankers' Association, should see most stock owners safely through the ,next sixty days. |
