Show Leadership Meet PlannedAt B.Y.U. Vital aids to agriculturists, home makers, and community leaders lead-ers will take the spotlight in the 18th Annual Leadership Week which opens Monday at Brigham Young university at Provo. Intensive five-day courses in more than 40 departments will be offered free to adults of the inter-' inter-' mountain area, it is announced by geth T. Shaw, general chairman. The traditional Leadership program pro-gram is unique in the education life of western America, he says. "Farm Problems", "Soil At Its Best", "Cooperative Marketing", . j and "Animal Husbandry" are four of the departmental sections which will be of significant interest to farmers. Other practical courses I include "Family and Home Prob- ! lems", "Health for Happiness", j "Contributions to Family Life", j J. Reuben Clark jr., David O. McKay, Richard R. Lyman, Stephen Steph-en L. Richards of the L. D. S. church general authorities, and Adam S. Bennion, eminent Utah educator, will be speakers at the general assemblies held at 2 p.m. j each day, January 23 to 27. Cultural Cul-tural entertainments, conventions, and recreational events also will feature the week's offerings in leadership training. |
