Show Santa's Visit Not To Be Overlooked Thanks to the initiative and the abundant energy of Mrs. L. G. Farnon, Mrs. L. F. Kohler and Miss Hannora Hutchins, those Milford children whose Christmas might otherwise have been a sorrowfully sor-rowfully slim one at best, will be given at least some recognition by Santa Claus in 1935. And this despite de-spite the early indications of a complete fadeout for the -needy kiddies as far as community activities ac-tivities were oncerned. These good women first met with a splendid spirit of cooperation coopera-tion from Manager' C. Leroy Fir-mage Fir-mage of the local theatre, who proferred to divide the proceeds of the shows this Friday and Saturday Sat-urday nights on a 50-50 basis as a starter toward raising fun'ds. Next the .Milford Volunteer Fire department was asked to sponsor the movement, which they agreed to do with all the fine spirit for which the local department is outstanding. out-standing. The business houses and others will no doubt all fall in line to swell the funds needed and help in other ways and all is set for Santa's visit, ' though there is yet plenty of work for the arch plotters.
