Show M.H.S. Ag Instructar Returns From Meet Jean A. Fugal, Milford high school vocational agriculture instructor, in-structor, returned Saturday from the annual state conference of Utah vocational agriculture teachers, teach-ers, held this year at Fish lake. The purposes of this convention were to bring before the teachers new and improved methods of instruction, in-struction, raiie problems of general gen-eral interest, discuss individual teacher problems, and to coordinate coordi-nate the efforts of the vocational agriculture instructors of the state , in up-grading Utah's agriculture. agri-culture. Speakers of note who participated partici-pated in the week's activity were W(ard P. Beard, specialist in agricultural agri-cultural education from Washington, Washing-ton, D. C; Mark H. Nichols, state director of agricultural education, Salt Lake City; Charles H. Skid-more, Skid-more, Utah state superintendent of public instruction, Salt Lake City; L. R. Humpherys, professor of agriculthral education, Logan; Selvoy J. Boyer, state agricultural agricul-tural coordinator, Springville; and several other important figures in the agricultural fields. M |
