Show SOUTHMILFORD Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Weber and Walter Weber went to Los Angeles Monday to attend the funeral of their father, who died from a heart attack Sunday night. Helen Baker returned home last Friday from a three weeks visit in Bakersf ield and Los Angeles, California. McCoy Williams,' who is in the United States navy, stationed at Alameda, came up from California Califor-nia last week-end to attend the funeral services of his brother Oral, who was accidently electrocuted electro-cuted last Wednesday. Mr. and Mrn. Je Cook, who were married at I,ong Peach, California on Monday, returned home Wcdnmdny. They gave n jolly party at the club house Saturday night for the crowd of friends who ehivareed them. Kveryone present reported having a good time, with plenty to rnt and drink. Karl Murdock came up from Ilig Springs, Nevada I'aturdny and left Sunday for a trip to Yellowstone park. |
