Show Dan Cupid Again Busy i The home of Mr. and Mrs. George Jefferson was the scene ' Monday night of the marriage of Elwood Jefferson, foster son, who came here recently from Colorado and is employed in the Jefferson store, and Miss Allene Buckwalt-er, Buckwalt-er, a registered nurse, of Love-land, Love-land, Colorado. The ceremony was perforVied by Milford L. D. S. Bishop Laurence Peterson in the preseneV of Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson Jeffer-son and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Cline and was followed by an impromptu impromp-tu gathering- of friends. The happy hap-py couple will make their home in one of the Kohler bungalows at Main and Center streets. (Miss Isa Thelma Zabriskie of Milford, daughter of S. A. Zabriskie Zabris-kie and a 1938 graduate of the Milford high school, on Saturday. June 21, became the bride of Bruno J. Maffei, formerly of Milord, Mil-ord, now an A. T. & T. operator at Pocatello, Idaho. The ceremony was performed in Salt Lake City by a priest of the Catholic faith. The .young couple will make their home in Pocatello.. Milford friends of the Irving L. ("Airways") Kelly family,, former for-mer Milford residents, are in receipt re-ceipt of announcements of the approaching ap-proaching marriage of Miss May Kelly to Garn L. Hopkins of Delta, to which place Mr. Kelly was transferred from Milford. The marriage is to take place Sunday. July 6, at Delta. M |
