Show Women's Clubs .MRS. PATRICIA WILLIAMS, Society Editor Phone 150 PHYLLIS KKETCII IS HOSTESS AT PINOCHLE Mrs. Phyllis Keetch was hostess to her pinochle club last Thursday evening. Those who enjoyed the evening were Mrs. Grace Good-fellow, Good-fellow, Mrs. Helene Rasborg, Mrs. Eurella Dawson, Mrs. Ruth Lish, Mrs. Alemeda Holbrook, Mrs. Evelyn Eve-lyn Brannon, Mrs. Donna Chris-tensen, Chris-tensen, Mrs. Fay Thompson, Mrs. Audrey Skillicorn and Mrs. Gene Butler. Invited guests were Mrs. Dorothy Kizer, Mrs. Mae Carter and Mrs. Vera Berry. Mrs. Thompson won high prize, Mrs. Skillilorn, traveling prize, and Mrs. Carter, consolation. Delicious refreshments were served at a late hour. MRS. MERLE CARLSON ENTERTAINS CUB Bridge was the entertainment at the home of Mrs. Merle Carlson last Thursday evening, with Mrs. Ruby Vogt being awarded high prize, Mrs. Alene Jefferson, second, and Mrs. Kate McDonald, third. Other guests were Mrs. Ruth Evans, Mrs. Loretta Cline, Mrs. Hazel Hillman, Mrs. Grace Jeffer son and the hostess. A cold salad course was served at 11:30. O. C. KOCHS ENJOY FAMILY GATHERING Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch and daughter Rozetta entertained at a family dinner last Sunday. Guests I were Mr. and Mrs. Roy F. Hearne I of North Vernon, Ind.; Mrs. George I Fox of Seymour, Ind.; Mr. and I Mrs. Floyd B. Hansen and son 1 Douglas of Richfield; Mr. and 1 Mrs. J. S. Hawkins of Salt Lake 1 City, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Cook I and daughter Betty, of South Mil- iford. Mrs. Hearne and Mrs. Fox are sisters of Mrs. Koch. W ILLIAM STEWART MARRIES GLENWOOD GIRL I William Junior Stewart, son of 1 Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Stewart of Mil-1 Mil-1 ford, was married on Sunday, June 23, to Miss Shirley Paul, daughter 1 of Mr. and Mrs. Loran Paul of Glenwood. Bishop Junius Powell read the ceremony at the home of the bride's I parents. Beverly Heileson, a cousin I of the bride, was bridesmaid, while Don Stewart, a brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. A wedding dinner was served following the ceremony, attendee, by close relatives of the couple. On Friday, July 12, the young couple was honored at a dance and shower at the South Milford clubhouse, club-house, with music by a Milford orchestra, and ice cream and cake served as refreshments. |
