Effie is the result of the combined efforts ef-forts of a number of people. Bergen submitted some Effie recordings to a dozen or more Disney-Schlessinger cartoonists, and the final result is a composite of tha best features of all their drawings. Bergen, who has had a female dummy under consideration con-sideration for some time as a foil for Charlie, hopes we, the public, will like Effie.
