Show New Officers Are Installed By Lions With the L'nion Pacific dining room still serving as a locker room for railroad employes until completion of the new locker room building under construction at the north end of the station, members of the Milford Lions club held their meeting Thursday of last week at the Milford hotel. The meeting was the first of the new club year and the new officers of-ficers for 1941-42 were duly jn-stalled jn-stalled by retiring President E. L. Smith, who made the ceremony more impressive than has been the case for several years. New officers installed Thursday are as follows: President, J. C. Smith; first vice-president, Parley B. Fisher; second vice-president, Sam Cline; third vice-president, Thomas Ger-rard; Ger-rard; secretary-treasurer, David S Williams; Lion tamer, M. H. Pool; tail-twister, Bert H. Weight; assistant tail-twister, J. R. Mur-dock Mur-dock jr.; 1940-42 directors, LaMar Outzen and Sam Cline; 1941-43 directors, E. L. Smith and O. C. Koch. |
