S. ward prior to hia transfer to Tooele. i William Fotheringham, formerly former-ly of Minerslyjille and Milford, for the last year and a half employed in Panama by Pen-American Air- i ways, is enjoying a visit at the home of his mother, Mrs. Iretia Albrecht, and his sister, Mrs. Harold Har-old Baxter. Following graduation from Besjvfcr high school and the B A C at Cedar City, young Fotheringham filled ani L. D. S. mission in Argentina', following this with his work for Pan-Am. I Mrs. Gene Pitchforth entertained entertain-ed members of her bridge club I Friday of last week. Those pre-' pre-' sent were Mrs. Dick Jones, Mrs. , James Smithson, Mrs. J. S. Ricker-son, Ricker-son, Mrs. Glen Barnes, Mrs. Kenneth Ken-neth Hollis, Mrs. D. N. Hickman and Mrs. William Morris. The ; bridge prizes were received by 'Jones, Mrs. Smithson, Mrs. Barnes and Mrs. Rickerson. i Mrs. Elaine Kirk- Martin, left , Friday of last week for Kansas City, Missouri, her husband, Ser-i Ser-i geant Robert W. Mprtin, having been transferred to an army camp near that city froan his former post (t Columbia, S. C. Mrs. Mar- tin, who has made her home with j her husband much of the time ! since their marriage, had returned ;to Milford a couple of months ago and was coming along nicely as I telephone operator . when news came of her husbrnd's transfer to ! a point near the present home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Martin. i Mrs. William Cochrcne entertained enter-tained members of the Past Matrons Mat-rons club and Eastern Star guests Tuesday evening. Bridge was en-! en-! joyed during the evening with Mrs. Ernest Uren winning the high points prize and Mrs. J. M. j Williams the high honors prize. Others present were Mrs. I. Alt-1 Alt-1 man. Mrs. T. E. Gadberry, Mrs. D. ' A. Baxter, Mrs. Walter James, i Mrs. Hteimpton Burke, Mrs. Vena J H. Wilson, Mrs. Thomas Foss. and Mrs. Selma Carlson.
