White; for 4-year commissioner, C. C. Sloan; for 2-year commissioner, Ross B. Cuttler; for clerk, Bert Griffiths; assessor, H. A. White jr.; treasurer, treasur-er, Frank Smith; recorder, Ada Frazer; "sheriff, E. F. Sherwood; attorney, Abe Murdock; surveyor, S. O. White jr. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Murdock jr. had entertained in honor of their 15th wedding anniversary. Five hundred had been played and delicious de-licious refreshments had been served by the hostess, assisted by her daughter Dorothy. Those invited in-vited were Mr. and Mrs. William Elmer, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Theis-sen, Theis-sen, Mr. and Mrs. William Bowman, Bow-man, Mr. and Mrs. Karl S. Carlton and Edwin Baird. The Service Star legion had given a card party with Mrs. Steve Stoker, Mrs. George Litchfield and Mrs. Karl S. Carlton as the committee com-mittee in charge. Mrs. Stan Struthers had entertained enter-tained a number of little people, the occasion being the 7th birthday birth-day of her little daughter Josephine. Jose-phine. Those present were Ethel Tanner, Beth Horton, Jean Duffin, Jim Femley, Billy Tribole, Jean Struthers and Dorothy Mark-sheffel. Mark-sheffel. F. Clark Kesler had bought L. G. Williams' interest in the Mil-ford Mil-ford Flour and Feed store.
