Show Scouts Plan For 'Amateur Hour' Saturday, March 7, is the date and the L. D. S. Recreation hall will be the place for a Milford , "Major Bowes Radio Hour," with Walter E. Martin as the Major. Any local citizen may enter, regardless re-gardless of age end it may be that some of the littlest tots will walk away with first, second or third prize cash in all cases ! since the audience will do the vot-j ing. Needless to say "Major" Martin will have a gong to sound to cut off those who are "not so good." The affair is being staged as a local Boy Scout benefit to help pay for Scout equipment and the, j expenses of their outings and the Scouts will sell the tickets, i Anyone who can sing, play, , dance, give readings or otherwise entertain should make it a point to enter and help make it an evening eve-ning of fun and amusement. All who wish to enter will report to I J. M. Christensen or any member : of the troop committee or to the Scoutmaster. |
