Show RFC RELEASES BLDG. MATERIALS Gerald L. Leaver, manager of the Salt Lake City agency of the Reconstruction Recon-struction Finance crporation, today announced a special listing of building material, lumber, clay and cement products, declared surplus to RFC and now offered for sale through the local regional office. The offering includes telephone poles, cross arms, brackets, bushings bush-ings and insulators, cedar posts, wood moulding, storm sash, irrigation irri-gation tubes, building paper, building build-ing board, woodpipe plugs, vetri-fied vetri-fied sewer pipe, flue lining, cement drain pipe, gypsum materials and asphalt roofing. SCHOOL KIDS AND TEACHERS HAVE VACATION "Friday Noon Until January 2!" Those will be happy days for the students of Milford schools, who are planning entertainments for the annual Christmas vacation. Most instructors will spend the holidays at their homes, with some who live too far from Milford to make the trip, remaining here over the vacation period. Trailing through the first half, the local easaba artists warmed up after the rest period and thrilled I the large crowd when they steadily poured counters throHgh the hoop to put the game on ice. Gordon Jensen of Milford was the game's high-point man, tallying 11 counters. |
