Show M.I. A. Work Begins The M. I. A. carnival dance, given Tuesday evening in the new L. D. S. recreation hall, wa.s well attended arid proved a fitting beginning for the winters work of these live-wire or-j'.aiii'jitionH. or-j'.aiii'jitionH. Both the young men's and young women's organizations will begin the winter phases of their year-around program for leisure timc. activities next Tuesday evening, when ciast work and activity courses will begin. The program for men and boys starts at 12 years of age, with provision provi-sion for all over that age. Beginning with Boy Scout work, it extends through vanguard work, M-Men, seniors se-niors and adults. For girls and women, a similar plan extends through Beehive work, junior girls, Gleaner girls, seniors and adults, with the latter two groups combined with the young men's organization. or-ganization. Following a general assembly the sections will meet -eparutely for class work, after which activity work in drama, sjeoch, music, dancing, and so on, will be conducted. n |
